A full load is a 12 cubic yard trailer, 12 feet long by 7 feet wide by 4 feet high.
Every price includes labor, loading, disposal and dump fees, and sweep up after the job. No fuel surcharge, no disposal fee added at the end, and no extra charge for carrying items out of the property.

Construction Debris Is Priced Separately
Concrete, dirt, stucco, drywall, wood and plaster are far heavier than household items. Disposal on heavy material is charged by weight rather than by the space it takes in the trailer, which roughly doubles the cost.
A full load of construction debris runs $900 to $1,500 depending on what is in it. Because a load of drywall and a load of concrete weigh very different amounts, we quote this from photos or an on-site look rather than off a table.
Weight matters more in Orange County this year than last. County landfill rates went from $43.89 per ton to $67 per ton on 1 July 2026, and that increase is paid at the gate on every heavy load.
What Can Change Your Price
Where the truck can park. This affects the job more than most people expect, and it is the detail customers least often mention when they call. Backing the trailer up to the load is quick work. Carrying the same load from a visitor space in a Woodbridge or University Park complex is a longer job.
Carry distance and stairs. Curbside is quickest, ground floor next. A third-floor unit near UCI with no elevator takes the most crew time.
Weight. Dirt, concrete, tile, brick and roofing are priced by weight rather than volume.
Disassembly. Hot tubs, treadmills, cubicles and some sectionals have to come apart before they come out.
Special handling. Refrigerators, televisions and mattresses each carry a recycling cost that a dining chair does not.

Not to the landfill inside Irvine. The Frank R. Bowerman Landfill on Bee Canyon Access Road does not accept public disposal. According to OC Waste & Recycling, the two county landfills open for public disposal are Olinda Alpha in Brea and Prima Deshecha in San Juan Capistrano. Minimum gate fees for private vehicles are modest, so a car load is inexpensive in fees. The real cost is the drive out of Irvine, the loading, and the time.

The information line is 714-834-4000. Two limits apply. The centers accept residential waste only, not waste from businesses, schools or nonprofits. And they do not accept ammunition, marine flares, medical waste beyond sharps, or high-pressure cylinders such as oxygen and acetylene tanks.
