A full load is a 12 cubic yard trailer, 12 feet long by 7 feet wide by 4 feet high.
Every price includes labor, loading, disposal and dump fees, and sweep up after the job. No fuel surcharge, no disposal fee added at the end, and no extra charge for carrying items out of the property.
We confirm the final price on site before anything is loaded. If it differs from the quote we texted you, you hear it before the crew starts rather than after.
Construction Debris Is Priced Separately
Concrete, dirt, stucco, drywall, wood and plaster are far heavier than household items, and heavy material is priced by weight rather than by the space it takes in the trailer.
Orange County’s current landfill fee schedule, effective 1 July 2026, lists a disposal rate of $92.70 per ton for qualifying loads over 880 pounds, with additional fees applying to certain hard-to-handle materials. That is the landfill’s charge to us at the gate, not your final price, but it is the reason heavy loads cost more than their volume suggests.
A full load of construction debris runs $900 to $1,500 depending on what is in it. Because a load of drywall and a load of concrete weigh very different amounts, we quote construction debris from photos or an on-site look rather than off a table.
What Can Change Your Price
Where the truck can park. This affects the job more than most people expect, and it is the detail customers least often mention when they call. Backing the trailer up to the load is quick work. A long carry from a shared lot or a narrow driveway is a different job.
Carry distance and stairs. Curbside is quickest, ground floor next. An upstairs apartment with no elevator takes the most crew time.
Access. Older homes in the Anaheim Colony and around Five Points often have narrow driveways and tight side gates. Apartments off Lincoln Avenue, Ball Road and La Palma Avenue may have shared parking or stair-only access. Commercial properties around the Platinum Triangle and Anaheim Canyon usually need a loading area arranged ahead. Send a photo of the route and we will factor it in before quoting.
Weight. Dirt, concrete, tile, brick and roofing are priced by weight rather than volume.
Disassembly. Hot tubs, treadmills, cubicles and some sectionals have to come apart before they come out.

Junk Hauling Anaheim CA: What Else We Take
Appliances. Refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers and water heaters. Anything plumbed, gas-fed or hardwired should be disconnected before we arrive.
Refrigerators, freezers and air conditioning equipment contain refrigerants that must be recovered by a certified technician before the appliance is scrapped. That requirement sits under Section 608 of the Clean Air Act and is enforced by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Electronics and e-waste. Televisions, monitors, computers, printers, copiers and small electronics.
California classifies many electronic devices as universal waste, which means they are handled under separate state rules rather than going out with ordinary household trash. We route them to facilities equipped to take them. The California Department of Toxic Substances Control publishes the rules.
Exercise equipment. Treadmills, ellipticals, weight benches and home gyms. A treadmill deck will not clear a standard doorway, so most come apart before they come out.
Yard waste. Branches, cuttings, turf, old fencing, planters, patio furniture and BBQ grills.
Construction debris and light demolition. Drywall, wood, cabinets, flooring, tile, plaster, doors, windows, concrete, dirt and stucco. Light interior demolition for non-structural material. Anything connected to plumbing, electrical, gas or structure needs the relevant licensed trade first.
Household junk. Boxes, general rubbish, bulky items and whatever has accumulated in the garage.

Anaheim Bulky Item Pickup or a Hauling Crew?
Anaheim residents get a free option worth using before you pay anyone.
The city provides three free bulky item pickups per household per calendar year, with up to twenty items per pickup, through its contracted hauler Republic Services. Schedule it by calling Republic Services on (714) 238-2444.
Twenty items is a lot. For most household clearouts that is the right answer, and we would rather tell you so.
Three limits decide when it is not.
Republic Services does not enter homes. Items need to be placed at the curb, which means you move everything out yourself. If the mattress is upstairs, the fridge is in the garage, or the furniture is still in the house, the city program does not cover the part most people actually need help with.
It is not intended for emergency removals. If you have a tenant arriving Monday or a closing date on Friday, the scheduling will not work.
It is three times a year. A whole-property cleanout, an estate, or a landlord running several turnovers uses that allowance quickly.
What We Cannot Take
Paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, pool chemicals, propane tanks, asbestos, medical waste and ammunition.
These need a licensed household hazardous waste facility, and Anaheim has one inside the city. The Anaheim Collection Center at 1071 N. Blue Gum Street is one of Orange County’s four household hazardous waste collection centers, with current listed hours of 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
The other three are in Irvine, Huntington Beach and San Juan Capistrano.

Where Your Items Go
Every load gets split four ways. Usable furniture and appliances go to donation. Metal, cardboard, clean wood and electronics go to recyclers. Refrigerants, batteries, e-waste and mattresses go to facilities set up to handle them. Only what is left after that goes to landfill.
The mattress, refrigerant and electronics requirements above are part of why a proper removal costs more than a trip to the dump.
